Dispatch Time

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@tapandrate.co.uk.

Tap and Rate is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address are correct before processing the order. If, for some reason, we mistakenly sent an order to the wrong destination, we take full responsibility to resend the order at no additional charge, but it usually happens very rarely since our shipping system automatically catches the provided shipping address provided by the customer.
