Our return policy applies to non-customised items only. Customised items are exempt from returns unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. Notification of Return

Buyers have 14 days from the date of order dispatch to inform Tap and Rate of their intention to return an item. Please email us at with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

3. Return Timeframe

Buyers have an additional 14 days from the date of notifying Tap and Rate to return the item(s). Items must be postmarked within this timeframe to be eligible for a return.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery will not be accepted for return.

5. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of postage. Tap and Rate is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

6. Refund Process
